Red Fox Vintage – A modern British classic with an intense complex blend of sweet and savoury distinctive flavours. Deep russet in colour and minimum of 14 month aged cheese. Would compliment any cheeseboard, or can be grated for using in sauces. Cold-smoked over natural apple wood chips. Min contents 140g
