All perishable food will be sent in temperature-controlled packaging containing ice-packs.
Select your preferred date on the cart page, with deliveries available from Tues to Sat. Whilst you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service as courier delays can occur and are beyond our control.
Orders received by 12 Noon on Monday to Thursdays will endeavour to be despatched the same day.
Orders received after 12 Noon will be despatched the next working day.
Only goods marked as ‘In Stock’ can be despatched the same day. If items are on back-order the whole order will be held until everything is available.
Your goods will be delivered via our chosen courier, usually Royal Mail.
FREE delivery for orders £75 and above (to a single address).
A charge of £6.75 will apply to orders below £75 (to a single address).
Storage of Products
We suggest once you have received your order that any perishable products are immediately placed in the fridge. Please follow instructions on the individual products regarding ‘best before’ dates and storage.
